The Stress Diet

Breakfast:

Half a grapefruit
1 piece whole wheat toast
8 oz. skim milk

Lunch:

5 oz. lean broiled chicken breast
1 cup steamed zucchini
2 Oreo cookies
Herb tea

Mid afternoon snack:

Rest of the package of oreo cookies and a box of Purdy’s creams
1 quart rocky road ice cream or Ben and Jerry’s or Haagen das
1 jar hot fudge
nuts, cherries and whipped cream

Dinner:

2 loaves of garlic bread
1 large pepperoni and mushroom pizza (with green pepper and extra cheese)
large pitcher of chocolate milkshake
3 milky way or snickers bars

Late evening snack:

Entire frozen cheesecake, eaten directly from the freezer
